Add your Horizon Collaborate contacts to a custom list, making them easier to find and connect with.
Finding the ‘Add as favourite’ option
Add a user as a favourite contact from their profile page. Log in to Horizon Collaborate, then tap on the chat icon. If you already have chat history with a contact you wish to add to your favourites:
- Tap on the user chat
- From the chat screen, tap on their name or profile icon.
Tap the ‘Add as a favourite’ tab on the user’s profile.
You can also use the chat screen to search for a contact if you do not have any chat history with them. Once you find them,

Tap the three dots at the bottom of your screen.
Your favourite contacts will populate on the ‘Contacts’ page.
Removing a contact from your Contacts list
To remove a user from the ‘Contacts’ screen, simply tap the user’s name on this screen, then tap ‘Remove as a favourite’ from their profile.
Troubleshooting
- External numbers cannot be added to your Horizon Collaborate’s ‘Contacts’ list.
