The Boxx Service Desk Customer Portal gives customers gives access to active and historic tickets. Our customers can view, open, and reply to their support tickets in one dedicated space.

View All Tickets

 

  • View all tickets associated with your email address or the company.
  • File new support tickets
  • View conversations relating to individual tickets, and add replies and attachments where needed.
  • All information here is also sent to the associated contacts' email addresses so you can still interact via your email service.

 

 

File a Support Ticket

 

To File a ticket, you will need some minimum information however, if you have any additional information or photographs of the issues, these can significantly improve the time to resolve your issue.

 

 

Ticket Priorities

We understand that all support issues are important, and we try to address them as quickly as possible. However, during periods of peak demand, we will work on the highest-priority requests first—those from businesses experiencing the most severe outages.

If you have paid extra for fast-track service, your issue will be given priority automatically however, if you are not satisfied, please get in touch with your account manager for an escalation request or by following this Escalations Guide
