A self-help guide for completing on-site, first-line tests for problems with broadband connections.

We know having issues with broadband can be frustrating. Most of the time, a couple of simple checks can get you back up and work. 

Start with a router "re-boot", leaving the router powered down for at least 20 minutes allows the hardware to completely reset as well as giving the network the ability to re-sync the line. 

It's a long time to wait, but typically resolves more than 90% of all issues reported!
