How to change which number the customers will see
Step 1: Click on users and then edit the user on which you want to change the presentation number.
Step 2: Once in the DDI section of this user then at the bottom, there is a presentation number area that has a few options. For International numbers to be presented select (Int), for UK numbers to be presented select the (UK).
Step 3: Make sure to click save at the very bottom otherwise none of your customization changes would be valid.
Customers that call this number may not make it to your call flow as the number could not be a real registered number.
