Follow these simple steps to access a group mailbox on your Horizon system.
Step 1
Dial the extension of your voice portal which you can find from your Horizon portal or by simply pressing the envelope button on your handset.
Step 2
Ignore the options on the voice portal (as this will be taking you into your individual mailbox) and instead press star '*'.
Step 3
Enter the extension of the group mailbox you are trying to access (You can find this information from your Horizon portal).
Step 4
Enter your voicemail pass code for the hunt group (if you don't know it you can reset this via your Horizon portal).
Step 5
To access the voicemail box, press 1.
