How to set up voicemail on my Horizon phone system?

step by step guide for setting up voicemail on Horizon for both users and call groups

Voicemail: Hunt Group
1.Log into the Horizon portal using an admin account.
2) Click on ‘Call Groups’ and then ‘Hunt Group’. Locate the hunt group you wish to use and click on ‘Edit’.
3) Click on the ‘Voicemail’ tab and enable Voicemail (If you have no licences available please contact Boxx Comms so that more can be added).
4) From here you can choose to upload a custom audio file, turn on email notifications, set your voicemail options and change your voicemail pass-code. Extra:If you want to send calls to voicemail after a certain amount of unanswered rings click onto ‘Options’ and under No Answer Action set this to forward the call to no number (so the field is blank) after however many seconds you want to wait.
 
Voicemail: User
1)Log into the Horizon portal using an admin account.
2) Click on ‘Users’ and then ‘List Users’. Locate the user you wish to use and click on ‘Edit’.
3) Click on the ‘Services’ tab and ensure voicemail is ticked under Optional Extras.
4) Click on the ‘Call Setup’ tab and then ‘Call Handling’.From here you can set your voicemail options if busy,no answer or unreachable.
5) From the Call Setup tab click on ‘Voicemail Settings’,from here you can upload audio, enable voicemail to email and change your voicemail pass-code.
